SHORT FILM COMPETITION
19 new French short films will compete for the 2021 COLCOA Awards. This exclusive selection of French shorts underlines the creativity of French production and putting new talent in the spotlight in Hollywood.
Each film will be shown before a feature film presentation during COLCOA (November 2~7).
The whole competition will take place in two parts every morning from Tuesday, November 2 to Sunday, November 7. Each part will be screened three times (Free admission on a First Come First Served basis.) Attendees will vote for the 2021 COLCOA Audience Short Film Award and the 2021 COLCOA Jury Short Film Prize will be awarded by a Jury of professionals: Maria Burton (DGA), Sandrine Faucher (USC Film School), Francois Scippa-Kohn (Distrib Films US), Pawel Wieszcz (Kinoscope). Voters will have to see the entire program presented in two parts to be able to vote (see below).
(During week days, after the competition and before evening screenings, you can attend our program of free screenings and panels followed by a complementary wine & cheese reception)
COLCOA Short competition is presented with the support of Unifrance and TV5 Monde.
Admission to the festival is subject to COVID rules to be announced soon.
